Built by a working recruiter
A recruiter's first pass~6 seconds
Responsible for cross-functional initiatives supporting organizational objectives and departmental alignment.
Led a team of 14 across three distribution sites, owning staffing, scheduling and daily throughput.
Participated in process oversight, reporting and documentation activities as assigned.
Rebuilt the fulfillment workflow and cut order-processing time from 6 days to 38 hours.
Same candidate. Same career. The recruiter stops on the title match, the scope, and the outcome — and skims past everything written as a duty. This toolkit is how you make sure the right three things are the ones they land on.

The real problem
If you are applying over and over without enough interviews, more applications may not be the answer. A resume that hides the match, a vague career story, weak examples, or an untracked process can make a strong candidate look average.
Strong candidates most often get filtered out because:
Every one of those is fixable. None of them is fixed by applying more.
Free, before you buy anything
Five decision points. At each one, somebody is asking a specific question — and your only job is to make the next decision easy.
The hiring funnel · Section 03
Does this person appear to match the core requirements?
Your jobMake relevance obvious in the top half of the resume.
Do skills, motivation, compensation, location and timing align?
Your jobTell a concise, credible career story.
Can this person solve the problems this team actually has?
Your jobConnect achievements directly to the role.
Can they demonstrate the behaviors and depth we need?
Your jobUse specific examples with outcomes and reflection.
Are they the strongest acceptable choice, and can we close them?
Your jobClarify fit, ask smart questions, negotiate professionally.
Knowing which stage you keep exiting at tells you what to fix. That alone changes most searches — and it is the shape the whole toolkit follows.
What is inside
Thirty-one sections, ordered the way you are evaluated — so you always know which part of your search you are actually working on.
Actual pages
Not theory. Formulas, scripts and matrices you fill in.
Bullet Makeover Lab · Section 07
Action verb + what you did + scope / context + measurable result
BeforeResponsible for managing the recruiting process for clinical roles.
AfterBuilt targeted sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill clinical roles, expanding qualified pipeline coverage and giving hiring leaders a more consistent slate of candidates.
Negotiation scripts · Section 19
When they ask your expectations
"I am most interested in overall fit and scope. Based on what I understand about the role and market, I would be targeting a base salary in the range of $X to $Y, depending on the total compensation package and responsibilities. Is that aligned with the budgeted range?"
Offer Comparison Worksheet · Section 20
Twelve factors, scored side by side — because the highest salary is not always the strongest offer.

Before you buy
No. It is especially useful for experienced professionals, because the hardest part of a senior search is translating broad experience into one focused story.
No. It gives you the formulas, prompts, examples and worksheets to build a stronger resume from your real experience. It will not invent accomplishments, and it does not promise a specific ATS result.
No. The principles apply across functions and industries, and the examples are written to be adapted to your own role.
Yes — that is the point. Build the asset bank once, then adapt it for every role and interview process after this one.
No, and be careful with anything that says otherwise. No digital product can guarantee an employment outcome. What this gives you is a stronger process, clearer positioning, and the parts of the search you actually control.
Straight after checkout you land on a download page with the PDF. It is a 33-page file you can read on your phone or print — the worksheets are designed to still work in grayscale.
Who made this
I am a recruiter. I have worked across high-volume, healthcare, corporate, university and technical recruiting — which means I have read a great many resumes quickly, run a great many screens, and watched strong candidates get filtered out for reasons they never found out about.
This toolkit is the advice I give one candidate at a time, written down once and organized in the order you are actually evaluated. The goal is not to game anyone. It is to help you understand the process well enough to show your value clearly.
